I have a DDR mobo, running at 100 MHz FSB. It's got one stick of PC1600 in it. The question is, if I add a stick of PC2100, will the PC2100 work at the lower bus frequency? I think it should, but I want to be sure, so if you know for sure please say.

It's an AMD approved 300W/6 A power supply. Also, the manual says that a missing video card has a POST beep sequence, but like I said, no POST beeps at all.

No effect. The power switch works, the fans all start going and the HD un-parks itself...but no POST and no video.

Do you mean get a new CPU or just take out the one I have now and put it back in again?

If you get no POST beeps at all, could it mean the CPU is dead? The mobo itself seems fine, the case fan and the CPU fan are getting power, there's no smoke or anything :) There's no signal coming out of the video card, I tried a different video card in case that was the problem, but neither...
