HD 5000 series cursor corruption on dual monitors

I'm not sure about corrupted mouse cursor but for dual monitor on my 5850 I had to increase the 2d clocks to fix an issue with flickering whenever you moved windows. the 300/157 clocks and low 2d voltage just couldn't handle it.
