It's the start of chile roasting season in NM right now. A lot of places roast them right out in front of the store, smells amazing. Roasted Hatch green chile, mild to medium heat so you can still taste the fruit. Not really the "most" flavorful, but the best IMO.

I believe the benefits are being greatly exaggerated. Penetration is more like a 1/4", so only the surface gains strength/density/waterproofing. Which is great for polished industrial concrete floors, less so for a driveway. A good crew, a good mix, and pouring when the weather will be cool...
