    No, after you set your lcd to 75hz you can turn powerstip off. But you have to do it everytime you start windows. edit: when you set powerstip to 75hz, you need only to start it and your lcd automatic will go to 75hz.     If your monitor OSD is showing 60hz, then it`s running on 60. When i set my lcd the way I said in my previous post, the OSD is showing 75hz.

    I own l226wtq and can run it @75hz through dvi at native resolution 1680x1050. There is quite a difference, when playing fps (first pers shooters), which can run at more than 60 frames per sec.
