do you guys think the EX38 boards will work?

I Just ordered it on yesturday and it shipped yesturday afternoon, so they do have it in stock.

i ordered the x3350 yesturday and it shipped today, so i guess it's in stock. Receiving it on Wednesday of next week. does nayone know which motherboard will work right out of the box with this cpu?

actually cherrybomb, they can get you for it, if they are losing tons of money. ie huge substantial income loss, they can actually sue you for even modifying it, because it wasn't intended for you to do that.

i just called amd solution provider too, same answer. they accidently delete allt he orders and finding which have to be fulfill. i guess that is the best way to delete all the orders and find out which is eligible. oh well......

wow there is mutiple stories going around. i wonder which one is true. over at fw, they said that: CSR told me the same...orders are definitely canceled, it was no accident or computer malfunction or mistake. He mentioned that they simply did not have enough to fulfill the remaining orders...
