there were no error message and the program i was going to install was 3dsmax but also the whole thing with the not shutting down or rebooting is another thing that really bothers me...unfortunately thats all that i can tell you unfortunately i dont know enough to be able to even come close to...

just got my comp. had it for about 4 days and for some reason some programs install and some dont. at the same time some programs that i try to bring up will all of a sudden stop responding and when i try to cancel the process in task manager it doesnt dissappear. also another problem that i...
