How can I bypass this Windows signon password without reinstalling windows...I tried resetting Bios...doesn't work....tried safe modeing in to change users and admin rights..can't do it the sign on password still comes up looking for a password? Any tricks in the trade?
Looking for a 939 board that has AGP slot can anyone link me to a site where I can get a higher end (older) 939 board that accepts my agp graphics card.

When I try to go into the recovery console it says no hard drive located...
I will get the numbers and post them...as far as the booting to the windows CD I've tried that also with no success....which tells me I have a hardware issue chances are.
Well I sucessfully flashed the bios and the system still fails to get past the windows post it starts and then goes to a blue screen with a failed message and series of numbers X00000.... etc. maybe it's the power supply not delivering enough power to the motherboard as I read in another post...
I tried it last night, problem when I opened the bios zip file to move the .rom file to my desktop to move it onto the floppy startup disk it defaulted to a realplayer file the minute it was placed on my desktop??? then when I still when ahead and moved it to the floppy and tried to flash the...
Can someone explain the best process on how to update the bios of a system that won't boot into windows...possibly the bios is already damaged. XP Pro is the operating system Asus AV8 is the motherboard.

I can get my hands on a Asus A8R-MX/S to replace my AV8 deluxe that doesn't want to see my sata drive anymore....put in a new 200 Gig sata drive and the system is still giving me a blue screen and windows error message. Question is the Asus A*R-MX/S worth the $99 my supplier is asking for it?
