I know it's probably been discussed before, but I'm just gonna ask it anyways. On a standard atx case, would it be better to orient the rear case fan to pull air into the case or suck air out of the case? Can anyone explain why either way is better or worse? I have a Tbird 900 on ASUS A7V, so...

So, if I call them and their "tech support" tells me that 200 ms is not unusal (or in other words, normal), then they're lying right? Ohh, and they're not spikes. It's pretty much constant now (anytime, everytime, whenever I check), although it was better before. Thanks for the help.

I was told by a friend that my ping to my default gateway should be under 100 ms. Is this true? I'm using Shaw@Home, and when I tested it, my pings jump all over the place. They're anywhere from 50 to 500+ ms. Is this normal or is my cable really crappy?
