    Well I went to the ASUS website and they said that any motherboards purchased after Nov 1. 1999 then it has a 3 year warranty. I bought in 2004 so I guess as they mentioned I have to contact the reseller (newegg) about it. I guess I'll go that route. THanks for you help.

    Yeah I checked to see if it's inserted properly and I checked to see if it was dirty and it looked fine. I looked up the beep codes and the closest thing that came to my description is a memory error code. I dont' know what that means or how to fix it if my ram is working in another computer...
