Success! I went and bought a stick of Kingston "cheap" RAM (DDR2, 667, 1G) and IT BOOTS! So this thing it seems is very sensitive to what kind of RAM you give it - ironic that it's the cheap stuff that did the trick :^)

harrillj, I am having the EXACT same problem with my P5K Deluxe. Any word on how you were able to resolve this or did you at all? The one thing I noticed odd is that I do get the beep code for no RAM if I remove my memory, but if I remove the video card I don't get any "no video" beep code.
