I never had to return it before. Do you know if Dell will repair it or ship a replacement? How long does it take?

I have had a Dell 1901 LCD panel for about 10 months now. A few months ago, there was a line running through the middle and then disappeared. It came back a couple of times then disappeared again. Tonight the entire display flickers and the images jumo up and down and the entire screen goes...

This is the free enterprise at its best. A sale good for a few hours to bring customers in whether it be an etailer or brick and mortar store front. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. They are not deceitful at all like other stores in that they actually have the merchandise to sell you.

I got one from Monarch last night for $160 shipped to CA. Check to see if it's still there or on sale.

I don't think it's $150 shipped. To me it's more like $200 + $17 tax = $217 (paid up front)minus (excruciating wait if it comes) $50 rebate = $167.

You might want to add "reconditioned" or "refurbished" in the title or description.

That was the last one at Southgate store. Stanton store has a few more but price may be different. BTW, lappy is a new release per Sharp website and on sale there for $1399.00.

Thanks OP, Just picked one up at Southgate store for $761.31 + tax. Used a one-time pass and did not sign up for membership as I am not a big fan of cheap/greedy Walmart corporate culture. I wanted an extra 10% off as the box was opened previously but rude manager would not budge as CSR...

I guess I can think of 2 ways to help TD re-establishes its reputation/goodwill: 1) File for BK and change corporate name; and 2) (my favorite) ship the items ordered and wait for the customer to authorize payment when he/she is satisfied.

Good point! But this forum is mainly for people who are looking for FAR. I would bet you $20 bucks that there isn't a soul in here who would buy a sweater for $500. After all, it looks just like any other sweater after one wash. That's the marvel of clothings. They look good when new and...
