Well.. I reseated the CPU and tried again.. still idling at 55 celcius... Is it possible that the processor is defective or does this motherboard have a tendency to report the wrong temps?

Hey guys, I just got done with my build with this board and a 6550. I haven't overclocked or changed any voltages and I'm using the intel heatsink and fan (10% silver compound also used). The problem is my cpu is idling at 50C and during the COD4 demo it wll get over 70C!! Do I have a bad...
