Hi Jagger, nice to see a familiar face :) I'm using the latest P03 BIOS on both the original board and the RMA'd one. EVGA support confirms that the board supports the 1333FSB CPU's. But I did have this issue with the P02 BIOS too, which is what it was shipped with on the original board.
