Is the BOIS detecting the drives? Try the auto setting in hard drive detection in the BIOS and see what happens.

I've got the Cool Master HCC-L61 Heat pipe and I can tell you it's great. With just a 3000 RPM fan it keeps my XP 2000+ at 39c idle and max load I've seen is 46c. With the low speed fan it's practically silent. There's also a P4 version.Text
