I guess some people will never learn the difference between theoretical bandwidth, and actual performance. Something tells me he won't be responding to this thread again.
Edit: With that type of mentality, I'll just trash my GF4 ti4600 and get a Parhelia seeing that it has 7.2GB/s more...
ASUS V8420 Ti4200 Deluxe....
The reviews for it state that they not only utilize the 8-layer PCB (found on ti4400's and 4600's) but they also utilize 3.3ns BGA ram which makes it a card you can overclock to 10MHz under the stock settings for a ti4600.
Here is the full review...
1 card people should seriously look at:
Asus ti4200 v8420
Here is an excerpt from the review on hardocp:
"Because of the "budget" nature of the Ti4200 as a whole, trade offs are made when it comes to the memory and configuration. Normally you can either have 64MB of faster memory, or 128MB of...
Understood man...
Well...the video card is gonna keep ya down...so go for the ti4600. It will work...you might need to adjust some bios settings to make it stable...and it's gonna be severely crippled. Just keep socking it away cause your gonna be blown out yo seat when you see the true...

I'm sure it all depends on what company you go for. I personally have no experience with the Radeons but can tell you that the PNY GeForce 4's are poop when it comes to video out..too blurry. The Card I had before (Leadtek GF3) has a VERY nice tv-out...(actually was first GF to offer max...
Ok...some of you people are forgetting about the subject at hand COMPLETELY...
First off...the Kyro II was introduced into the market to be a contender in the "budget" card area. With that said, it was of course going up head to head with the GeForce 2 MX. At the time (I think like 2nd...
I used to have a BE6-II but there are different revisions of the board however. The first one has support for AGP 2x but is not AGP 2.0 compliant and is only AGP 1.0 (not to be confused with 1x AGP). I ran my Geforce 3 ti500 (actually..just like the guy that posted before me...) and it hung in...
