Well, whenever I have to peel a label off, I usually grab a hair dryer and set it to low heat. Then I blow the hot air onto the label until the glue gets warm enough that it no longer sticks so hard to the package. It's never failed for me. :D

Regarding the ? about changing your subscription package. After one month, if ya want, ya can change your subscription to a lower (or higher)priced one. If you want, you can even cancel your subscription. But so far, I don't know anybody who has done that. The installers were pretty overwhelmed...
