HELP! I assembled a new system using a Microstar KT7APRO and Athlon 1200 processor. Clearly everything has power, the hard disk spins up etc. the floppy will run continuously if the floppy cable is in backwards, etc. but it won't boot. The diagnostic LEDs don't light up at all but I get no voice...
