    Probable Herniated/Bulging Disc

I injured a disc a couple years ago, and had leg pain here and there for a few months. After that it would come and go depending on what activities I would do. About a year ago I tried to starting exercising seriously for the first time since I hurt my back (mostly lifting). As soon as I got to...

Temporary / emergency health insurance - who to go with?

Make sure you continue comprehensive coverage if you have a pre-existing condition. Cause if you get temporary insurance for a time period and then try and get comprehensive later, they will exclude them depending on your state laws. If you are not worried about getting any sort of condition try...

Would you call tax exempt funding as subsidization.

Instead of typing all those useless details, you could have just asked "Do you think issuance of municipal bonds are a form subsidation from the federal government?" What are you trying to discover here?

need help with a dual wan setup

Thanks for the replies guys. Spidey, how do you setup failover with two routers? Is it something that's a feature of certain routers, where you can have two of them and set them up to be linked?

need help with a dual wan setup

For my home office I will have two wan connections to access the internet. Being able to failover and router stability are the most crucial components. I have come across a couple solutions but its hard to find out about reliability without hearing peoples opinions so I was wondering if anyone...

How do I read US Treasury Notes?

The first three digits are called the handle, and the the next three are called the tick. A tick is a 1/32, and + represents .5 of a tick, a 2 represents a .25 tick, and a 6 represents a .75 tick. So 103-12 is the bid in the market, meaning you can freely sell that price, can be decimalized to...

So what do Christians think of Muslims and Hindus?

A lot of religion stems from a persons lack of accepting (or believing, depending on perspective) that their existence is random. So many people don't realize their beliefs are a circumstance of chance (ie. geographical location, the type of people a person grew up around, etc.). So if one never...

    Roulette Theory

I'm not denying that you guys have won money, but that fact doesn't prove that the strategy is no less or more advantageous than simply betting on red or black, picking a number or many numbers, or any other bet on the roulette table (except betting 0,00,1,2,3: which does have an even lower...

    Roulette Theory

That strategy is no different than just picking red or black. Regardless of how you bet on a roulette table, its a fixed probability of winning and losing. Its also why over a lifetime's worth of gambling the casino will be up against any individual at least 3 standard deviations out.

If you were to start a business, what structure would you be?

This would only include your income from your business. When you are employed, you already pay employment tax, except that the company you work for pays for half of it. Now what you should find out if you can combine incomes to reach the 97500 level, but I am unsure on that part of it.

Leaving my current company for another.....

There are temporary insurance plans that are pretty cheap, definitely a lot less than 450 a month. However they are only useful for emergencies, so if you are worried about other things, I would just look for a high deductible plan to hold you over. I feel like for someone your age $450 is a bit...

    Billion dollar?!

James Simon's fund charges somewhere along the lines of a 4% management fee and 40% of net profit. Himself as well as others that work for the fund probably own a bulk of the assets. On top that he has returned over 30% for something like 15 years even after fees.
