Thanks for your helps, friends i decided use my present system and after buy a x4 or x6 Phenom CPU's. If i can't buy them i will be try my x2 570's hiddden cores but does bios update requeired?

In my opinion AMD and RX 470 8 GB best budget card it's just 190$ 1260 stream core 8 GB vRAM it will going to long time..
