Samsung G4 stuck on updating.
DO NOT USE THE VERIZON SOFTWARE REPAIR PROGRAM!!! It hung up my phone during the repair 5 times at 66%. Apparently I am not the only one who had this issue. My phone was so dead that it wouldn't turn on using the power and volume up buttons. Then my stupid computer decided to restart itself...- hateverizon
