    Okay, so leaving it did nothing. I had him yank everything non-essential. I had him go into bios and his voltages were low. I googled and found safe levels, and had him change those.     I asked him to try that, and he had to run out to the store, so I had him leave it up. When he gets back, if that doesn't fix it, I'm gonna have him start pulling parts. The xfi, all but one of the ram sticks, and maybe try his old video card just for the sake of it. Thanks for the tip
