Thanks guys. Manually set PCI-E to 100MHz worked so far. This time I also opened my case door to make sure heat is not the problem. Now I can get to 266*9=2.4GHz with all default voltages. Normal usages (web browsing and etc) for 3 hours so far. Will update later if I can get pass burn-in...
