    2 things I'd suggest. 1 take side of case off and see if problem clears 2 set bios settings to slower setting. start with default settings

    Slow perfomance problems!

    The kid probably got into the bios or changed a setting. You can go on google and type in the model number of the putr to get the correct bios settings. Mine once switched to 800 mhz from 2.2Gig. Never found out what did it but machine ran slow and hotter. Good Luck

    Check your bios, often you can turn on/off ports and even set the mode they run in.

    If you want extreme cooling use a peltier water block, or if you are worried about condensation, sandwich a peltier between a second CPU200 block and a standard cpu heat sink/fan Hot side towards the Heat sink of course.
