    Figured it out - download the driver direct from Realtek: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false then select: Win7 and Server 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program (SID:1711892)

    Playing with the HP Stream mini

    I've just installed WIN 7 PRO x64 on the HP Mini Stream 200-010, but the Win 8.1 drivers for the ethernet and wifi will not work. Everything else seems to be working properly (graphics, bluetooth, etc). I tried the drivers found here...
