#1 Hammer will perform more instructions per cycle than the PIV. Making its speed almost as good as the PIV if not better. AND it will be 64bit.

OK, anyone know which wires to short on the powersupply so that it always think the power button is pressed on the computer? I want to use it to power some 12v stuff i have but don't know how to turn it on. I plan to just use to switch in the back to turn it on and off...but i need to know how...

Info FWIW: Got ram in decent time. Shipped out 3 days after I ordered it and UPS delivered on time. However, the ram does look used. Marks on contacts... The ram does not say sycmax...just some random numbers with no brand. However it works fine....no problems at all for 3 days under full...

Yeah I've tried it 2 different battereies and without the battery and just AC only....same result. I can't boot off anything because it goes into sleep the second you turn it on. Also I just tried it without the cmos battery and still the same result. Which is expected if the battery is dead...

OK the g/f laptop is stuck in sleepmode/hibernation. Here's what she said happened... System was left on with the screen up for hours....when she got back it was in sleep mode. She couldn't get it out of sleep mode then...and after turning it on it resumed directly into sleepmode. There was...
