You can ghetto mount a 80mm fan blowing the NB with a L bracket from homedepot. I got my VRM temp lowered by 8 deg C with just a low speed 80mm hovering above them.

NZXT Source 530 seems be pretty reasonably priced($90) for an ATX case. I wish Fractal Design would release a 'real' ATX case that can fit a thick 360 radiator topside.
