    getting the most out of my memory

    This is from the OCZ web page "speeds of up to 500MHZ at CL 2.5-4-4-8. " Now i moved my ratio from 1:1 to 3:2 and CPU-Z is saying that my latency is 2.5-3-3-5 at 148.8MHZ, is this good? how do i get close to the 500 MHZ that OCZ says that i can acheive?

    I have a gig of OCZ PC4000 and am interested in getting the most out of this memory, I know how to over clock the cpu i have gotten my P4 3.2 up to a stable 3.5, just need some help with the memory

    just ran SiSoft Sandra for about 30mins and the cpu temp only got to 42C, also the room temp is 68F

    P4 3.2C overclocked to 3.5 temp at idle 37.5C this is what i have abit IC7-MAX3 OCZ PC4000
