Well tried it again just to be sure in the 2 Dimm slot and it failed on auto and 333mhz just like before. Then just for the heck of it I set the memory speed to 355Mhz. Presto working like a champ. Not for sure what is causing this but I am a lot happier camper now. Thanks for all the advice!

Tried the memory in both slots. Also on a side note when I inserted both the PC2700 and PC3200 memory sticks (Both of which are 512 meg) the board would not even post.

Hello everyone first time posting on these boards so if I am posting on in wrong place bonk me on the head. I just picked up P4PE/L (Same as a P4PE without all the extra's) some 512 Meg of Cosair xms 3200 memory and a 2.53Ghz P4. When I went to go install WinXP I was getting random lock ups...
