Ill be getting my new power supply in a week and let you no what happens. I allready got the graphics card replaced with the same problem so its not the graphics card. I had the ultra LSP 750 watt which was a cheap PSU I ordered a 1000 Watt power supply will see what happens.

I should of tried doing the updates first before installing the drivers like you said with the new install of windows 7 ill try that later right now I am installing windows 8 to see how that turns out.

Should I uninstall it with the windows uninstaller first then use the software you mentioned to uninstall the rest first or just go with the software you mentioned?
I just did a fresh install of Windows 7 the only thing I added since the install was the latest motherboard driver (chipset)(LAN Drivers)(USB 3.0 Drivers). And of course the video card drivers. No software whatsoever just drivers. Should I still use the driver cleaner software you mentioned?
Nothing on mine is overclocked. If I shut the computer off then turn it back on it will boot fine. If I do a restart thats when I get a black screen after the windows logo and thats it no sound nothing.
If I remove drivers and will restart fine.
Never had a problem like that with a video card.
