Anyone seen aything about the upcoming release of their new Precision M70 laptop? It's rumored to arrive around Thanksgiving. Can't find any info about specs anywhere (nada via Google or Dell...)

Actually, I see Frys sold me a 2400 instead of the 2500 I was supposed to get with the combo... Back to Fry's to exchange...

Anyone got any ideas why this combo posts that my 2500+ is only a 1800+ when it boots up? Did I get the wrong processor? Old bios?

I got one of these Liteon drives yesterday and saw that OM had a 5 pack of Memorex 4x DVD-r's on sale for $5 (with instant rebate). I think these are crappy media but a cheap(er) way to learn how to burn correctly - only one coaster so far... Off to Sams to check spindle prices...

I got this TV last week when Conn's (chain in Texas) had them for $699. I posted this at Anandtech and on AVS and a bunch of people told me to get this deal instead. I don't like to buy refurbished models so I paid a bit more to get it that evening and into my home. I think the big difference...
