I asked this in the video forum and nobody answered.. How many times can you split a TV signal before it starts to go down the crapper? I see TV signal amps in hardware stores with the splitters.. do these correct the poor signal after many splits?

My new case has front audio, firewire, and USB connectors.. I know how to setup the USB, and the firewire if I had it.. but I dont know how to set up the front audio jacks? I have an old SB-512 in this machine and theres no pins to attach the connectors to on it.. so I took a look at my audigy 2...
