I'm interested to see the improvement in the dual core CPUs. What would be the best way to test that? The CPU benchmark in 3DMark?

Nah, the 7800GTXs have always been in the $500 range. Maybe $550 if you went for one of the 'extreme' versions. EDIT: Was it really $599? I have $500 stuck in my head for some reason.

How were you guys able to order one? It only shows the auto-notify when I look at it on Newegg's page. Was it 'in stock' earlier? I wonder why Newegg has an ETA of 11/7 when most other sites have an ETA of 11/11 or later, if they even give one.

Can't say for sure it's the same problem yet, but it looks like quite a number of people on ASUS' forums are having similar/the same problems with the A8N-SLI Premium & X2 CPU combo. Not sure why either. I guess it doesn't help my situation that my RAM isn't on the approved list for that...

Just ran the Western Digital diagnostic 3 times and all 3 times it came up with zero errors. So unless there's a problem with all these diagnostic programs, the RAM and Hard Drives must be fine. Is there any other programs people recommend for finding conflicting hardware and the like?

Well, it's doing it again, this time with just one 7800GTX in. Constantly restarting. I did a restart after Windows installed some new updates and when it came back up, there was box saying Windows just recovered from a serious problem or something like that and when I told it to send a report...
