Video card shouldn't be an issue (I hope) all it's going to be there is ati 3650, which I need only for svideo-out nothing else. I just need the raw power of the OC e8500, nothing else. Btw I have no idea what tcsenter said

Thx for the replay I have noticed both boards on newegg, but wasn't sure if they would be good for oc e8500 I think I'll go with the less expensive one DFI looks very nice and has 6usb ports in the back (that's exactly what I need), but I just don't need sli with it. I'll just buy pci usb card...

Could anyone recommend mATX motherboard I would be able to OC E8500 cpu? I already have 4GB of 1066 memory And I really don't wanna buy full atx for various reasons. Thx!
