Various hardware problems have occured to me, but if it were a bad RAM module, it would be giving me other problems as well. My thought is that there might be a BIOS setting or driver setting that I am missing.
After the first hard reset, the system runs like a champ.

I have a system that is a little aged, but not too much so.
Abit KT7-RAID with a 1400 in it. Has an original ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon in it.
The system originally had Windows 2000 on it and it now has Windows XP.
This problem has been consistant through every driver and OS upgrade/patch...

I would agree that buying it from the Skytel site would include the service, but their prices are way more than Timex's and I see no reference on the Timex site to free service.
