Narrowed it down between these two choices. I'm sure both are very rock solid boards. Any reason to choose one over the other though?

1. Will I need to use the bolt mod?
2. Still Corsair PSU issues with some boards?
Gigabyte P35-DS4:

Does the bolt down mod (replacing push pins with bolts on the heatsink to help lower PWM temps) have to be applied to either model still? If it does, do you only have to worry about doing the mod when you're pushing your quad core to the OC limit?

I should have clarified that it is a wireless NIC so I will still need a PCI slot for that. Also, I prefer to use a dedicated soundcard such as the CL rather than onboard sound. Just a personal preference.
