most likely its from the massive compression cable companies put on their hdtv channels. try hooking up a tv antenna or BR/HD player to the set to really make it shine.

NWN was developed by Bioware Bioware = Baldur's Gate, MDK, KOTOR, Jade Empire, etc NWN2 is developed by Obisidian (ex-Black Isle) Black Isle/Obs = Fallout 1/2, Planescape, Icewind Dale, KOTOR2, etc been hearing alot of positive things about the single player this time around

most ED plasmas, though capable of only resovling fully 480p, will accept hidef 720p and 1080i signals, converting them to their native resolution, so they are capable of displaying hd signals. really the differences at normaly viewing distances are small, you should check them out in store...

RS4 will absolutely be hitting these shores in 2006... minus the cool steering wheel and seats apparently however. and it looks like we arent getting the wagon version :( but if you want one you better tell your dealer soon.. probably will sell out

i tried the 2005fpw on my VOOM HD receiver box via DVI and it looked excellent. The monitor is 16:10 however, so you will see black bars around 16:9 material unless you have the monitor set to stretch or zoom. here are some screenshots i posted in the bigger 2005fpw thread...

I don't think so, because the only way (i know of) to get progressive scan out of the Gamecube is with component cables and the Dell does not have any support for them..

just wanted to say that my friends have gotten two of the combos w/ the ECS and that mobo is extremely crappy... wont post on a 9600pro or a 9550, but works ok on a geforce2??
