I've read about 1,000 posts thats that say the E2160 can hit 3.0ghz on stock voltage - But yes I did up the voltage from 1.32 to 1.35.
And it doesn't not boot and reboot itself without me asking. It simply shuts that damn FSB control enable option off every time...

Ok I got you. I went into bios and disabled all of those options, but I still have the same problem. I noticed that when I "Enable" cpu host frequency control (fsb) and set it to 333 9x mult it says in the bios I should be getting 3ghz, but when I run cpuz I'm only getting 1.8. When I go back...
I looked through those links, but they seem to be for laptops. I haven't seen any of those sleep states in bios OR power management options. I don't understand how to use any of that information for this problem.

Also, when using this new version, if I sit there and watch the cpu speed, it flips between 1800mhz and 1200mhz every few seconds.
