Mine is working fine now , somehow missed doing the firmware update even though i had downloaded it , that reverted me to f10 i think so then had to flash upto f41 as i didnt want to loose the pci-e gen 4 ability , Ram is Corsair vengeance lpx 2x8gb kit 3000mhz cl15 , not had any nvme booting...

I have same issue as OP , Gigabyte ab350m-hd3 updated bios 3 times with r3 1200 taking me from f23 to f41 but the ryzen 5 3600 just will not post , i wanted f41 as it allows pcie gen 4 but even trying f42a which is the newest it still fails to post , just restarts every 30 seconds Edit : f42a...
