My laptop (a Dell Latitude LT) has PCMCIA CD-ROM drive. The computer will recognize it initially, but then will not either in DOS or Windows 98 SE. Because of this I cannot install drivers for it. Windows add/remove hardware program will not find it either. It does not show up in the device...
