Although, even if this version of the monitor does have issues, you could buy one now for a good price and then have it exchanged for a higher quality revision in a month or two and still get this price, which may not come around again for a while.

DELL 2407WFP Hmm, it seems it finally came out in the US. I am not sure if this is revision 1 since people are complaining about problems with revision 0 in japan and australia. Too bad I bought a 2405fpw earlier today with a dimension computer for barely more than this.

If you put it in audio creation mode, you can use pitch shift on your microphone which can be fun in online games. For some reason, I always get kicked off servers for talking in a really high pitched voice.

I'm just asking in general. It seems like a lot of people want the 7200 rpm. I have never had a laptop, so I don't know much about it; but slightly lower load times for large files seems like not a big deal compared to how little can fit in 60 gigs unless it causes issues when playing back...

Why would you want a 60 gb 7200 rpm harddrive over a 120 gig 5400 rpm drive? Can a 5400 rpm drive not play video files fast enough to use this as a media center pc or what?
