I see no benefit of using DVI over VGA, but VGA seems to have less banding and more options to adjust the image. So I think I will also keep it, and after a year or more start to bug dell about it.

Got the 2007fp yesterday(in Canada) Running the gradlin-v0.2-fs shows lots more banding when using DVI than VGA. When using VGA, the Red and Blue show none(unless I look very very very close), green and grey show some on the left half of the bar. Also I noticed the menus are different...
