Im so torn between an SLI and a ULTRA D

DFIdude, if you are so unsure about what motherboard to get...why do you give advise to others on their motherboard choices ?

Ok let me rephrase better. Is the performance generated by a DFI Ultra-D SLI with two good graphic cards a lot better then a DFI Ultra-D with on good graphic card in gaming ? better ?

Someone told me that one of the features of the MSI are that it overclocks dynamically by itself and so its a good board for newbies also. Is it true ? Does it overclock better then the DFI by itself ? How is MSI's gaming performance compared to the DFI ? thanks
