my sys won't come out of s3(suspend to ram) or s4(hibernate). it comes out of normal suspend fine by hitting a key but nothing wakes it from s3 or s4. my sys-1.6a th2-raid gf3-ti200 and running windows xp pro.

Thanks for all the help guys but I think mikeward hit it on the nose, the mem is right 2-128 rimms and 2-crimms. Every thing checks out so I guess I will have to get a knew biose chip since I can't boot up to flash it.
