i know, i am doing lowest settings and getting chopy and low fps. help1!!

i dont really play any others games cuz im poor. i only have cs doom 3 and quake 3. quake 3 runs fine i also ave cs source and that doesnt run smooth, i get like 30-50 fps, choppy.
