Seems to be relatively low in calories and fat with a very high protein content (14g in a serving). It's a little high in sodium unfortunately. Anyone else here eat it as a change of pace from energy bars, tuna, and the like?

I ejected my copy of GH3 and turned the Wii off and back on.......seems fixed. I played for about an hour or two and everything was cool. And when I mentioned out of sync audio, I don't mean it was off by a second or two, it was skipping similar as to if you had a skipping CD or even a bad MP3.
