I have 4 120MM fans in my Cooler Master case.
2 Are hooked up to Chassis1 and Chassis2 on the mobo
1 is hooked up to Power Fan
1 is through PSU
Chassis 1 doesnt go higher than 475 RPM even if Asus Xpert fan is on Turbo
And the Chassis 2 and Power fans are at 700RPM and 800RPM...
