its on a MSI Neo2 Plat, with and an athlon 64 3000+. When I turn it the D-Bracket lights red on 2 and 3 and green on 1 and 4 showing a bios on. But it just sits and doesnt do anything. I pulled everything out except the vid card, ram and cpu, I've swapped vid cards, I tried pulling all the ram...
