I have been having trouble with IE on my system and have been unable to fix it. I have an 60 GB Maxtor HD with three equal partions (C, D & E). The Windows OS is on the C drive. My question is can I wipe the C drive clean and reinstall Windows XP without affecting the data on the other two...

For some reason Netscape 7.2 will not allow me to enter a mail account. I go to the accounts section and follow the steps and when I get to the end and hit OK, nothing registers? Am I doing something wrong????? I am running Windows XP sp2.
