I’m big into chilli with yellow rice & shredded Mexican blend cheese, crush a few Fritos on top & dinner is delicious

I use my Amazon Prime Visa to buy groceries, same with my Citi card. I collected over $200 in points, got Fila, New Balance & Sketchers sneakers, a pair for each of us, cat litter, 3 new chemo friendly shirts & 4 bottles of Amazon dish soap…just using my points. Very pleased here

I don’t do crowds, I have had Covid twice & it intensified my COPD so badly I have to use a walker now. I mask everywhere and am careful about going out.

GO Fest was last weekend & the summer continues with exciting events in Pokemon GO. My son & I are grinding hard! I am so close to level 50!

There has already been significant shrinkage, the Radiation Oncologist & my Oncologist are pleased

Round 20 done! I rang the bell & Mass General even gave me a certificate ❤️

Round 11 done Monday, met with my Radiation Oncologist, she said the CT’s show definite shrinkage & that she was pleased….only 9 more rounds!

My appetite varies…sometimes I have no interest in eating,Other times I’m focused on specific foods, last night I had 2 grilled cheese sandwiches 🥪 & they were delicious

I am so sorry to hear this news 😢 Cancer, the club nobody wants to join! Please make sure he gets the best Oncologist you can find, you can even do remote consultations with lung cancer specialists. Also as previously mentioned make sure he was the testing done to see if he has any actionable...

I’m going to ask my Radiation Oncologist when I see her on Monday.

Round 10 done! I get the weekend off & back to radiation treatment on Monday

Had round 9 day, I made myself eat before radiation and the nausea is somewhat better, ate a small supper too when I got home

Had round 8 today, came home & choked down some rice & went to bed early. Headed back to sleep soon. The nausea is brutal

Round 7 done, just 13 more to go, And yes I’m starting to get hit with side effects, I am exhausted & nauseated a lot
