Well then your best bet is to use WinImage to decode the BIN file then use NERO to burn the cd.

CDR Win is also good to burn a BIN directly on a cd and WinImage is good to convert a BIN directly to your harddrive.

The 3dfx Hammerhead is a very good controller. i think that they also have a USB version of it. It has a built in rumble pack and analog joysticks also. Its only about 30 bucks bought at Wal Mart.
